How long is my appointment?
Appointments are 60 minutes
How much is the fee?
Fees are £180.00 per session paid in advance.
How do I pay?
Pay online ahead of your appointment using Apple Pay or PayPal. Go to www.katesheehy.com and select the payments tab.
What happens if I have to cancel my appointment?
As long as you provide 24 hours notice there will be no charge.
What about my insurance, can I claim back the fee?
You may not be covered, you must check with your insurer.
Treatment
What happens in the treatment session?
There will be an initial assessment of your condition and hands-on treatment followed by guided exercise, continuing the rehabilitation commenced during your hospital stay.
How many sessions will I need?
3-6 sessions will usually be sufficient.
What paperwork do I need for my first appointment?
Your consultant surgeon will provide me with all the relevant information
Is an online appointment possible?
A limited number of online appointments are available. The fees are the same. Your online appointment can be arranged via the contacts page.
Privacy
What happens to my clinical notes?
All documentation including clinical notes will be stored on an encrypted server with industry leading protocols.
Is Kate Sheehy qualified?
Kate is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and is fully registered with the Health Care Professions Council.
